Our Process
Phone Conversation: First let’s get to know each other. We’ll be talking quite a bit throughout the process so you’ll want to make sure we are a good fit. If you didn’t like us, that wouldn’t be any fun… would it?
Estimate/Pre-Construction Service: In order to fully understand the scope of your project, we may need to schedule a site visit. We use historical data and current market rates to provide a detailed contract proposal. Our contract proposals have value; they can be used for scope review, insurance, bid comparison and financing. Because of this, our estimates range from $200 to $500, but we promise that it will ultimately save you in the long run. Reach out so we can explain why!
Build: Now the fun begins and we get to work! We will be communicating regularly with you and your design team throughout the building process. Our expertise and experience will always find solutions to keep your project moving. Our culture of accountability will drive your project’s success.
